In this space and time
I am grounded, secure, with roots reaching deep into the earth
My emotions are balanced, and I seek the pleasures found in everyday life
I am filled with joy through my passions
I have a strong sense of self-worth and confidence.
My heart is open, receptive, forgiving, and radiates compassion towards myself and all others
I speak my truth clearly, allowing words to flow effortlessly.
 
The surreal is real.
It is your reality, if you choose.
It's been a long journey over a rough and windy road
It wouldn't have been so windy if I would've kept a clear mind
but I did not
I fell in the trap I feared
down in the dark of a hole
with the one I loved beside me
My thoughts were wild, sometimes fun,
but mostly clouded by intoxication.
So I climbed my way up and out of this darkness
once free to find myself again
or rather, once given the space to feel safe and strong enough to do so.
My mind is clear, my plans are vast
This is the only way that I can progress
The only way to truly serve others, spreading genuine kindness
in hopes that it transpires and ripples out to all who approach.
I have found the way out of the dark
May those who need a light be guided out as well
Take care of yourself and always lead with love
